One of the joys of home schooling children is being able to incorporate children craft activities in their curriculum. Craft activities for Children ages 4 to 9 years, namely, sewing is a great way to help develop fine motor skills of your child. (Both Maria Montessori and Rudolph Steiner agree on this fact!) The amount of coordination required to aim a needle at one point seems to be enormous. Despite this 4 years old, soon will manage without help. YouÂ'll be amazed at the ability of very young children when they are sewing.
Is best to start children out of children by a simple craft project activity involving more Threading and less sharp, until they get used to the needle. One Child Homeschool craft projects first time we recommend is to make a  "Rainbow Snakee Homeschool. A Rainbow Serpent is a threaded needle with about 30 cm of thread. A knot is made at the end of the thread. A small piece of felt (2 cm x 2 cm) is threaded up the knot. Then, discussions child accounts, chopped felt, buttons and bells until the stream is full. A small space is left at the top of the thread to bind to the serpent and tie a string on top to hang a new "Rainbow Snakee Homeschool.
Once a simple project for children to the craft is completed, small feel objects and animals can be made. The simplest is the pattern of craft, the better.
Craft activities children have many benefits, as the development of fine motor skills, and definitely has a calming effect on most children. ItÂ's been my experience that children who usually struggle to concentrate can spend enormous amounts of time making and sewing. It is not unusual for a child to spend up to 2 hours to create his masterpiece.
No matter what curriculum is being used. If ita's a curriculum for home school or curriculum of public schools to all children will benefit from having time spent on child craft activities. His imagination is engaged and this happens as his world widens. Using your imagination are able to learn easily. IsnÂ't that what childhood is all about? Learning is through play and fun craft activities for children.
